Assembly: First, place the breast pump parts rack inside the bottle chamber. Then, twist it counterclockwise to lock it in place. Once it's secure, you can put the breast pump parts on the rack.
Disassembly: When you no longer need the rack, twist it clockwise to unlock it. Then, remove the rack from the chamber.
