This happens because the Mobile Flow (M9) pump motor uses a physical switch to assign its side.
Simply pick up the motor that is showing the incorrect side and toggle the L/R switch on the unit to your desired setting (for example, from 'L' to 'R').
The App display will update automatically to reflect the change.
