Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
Pump Test
1. Remove the upper shelf, upper spray arm, lower shelf, and lower spray arm.
2. Pour at least 2.5 L of water into the water tank.
3. Close the top lid, select and start the Rapid or Normal cleaning cycle. Verify whether the fixed column inside the washer sprays water properly.
Spraying Accessories Test
1. Lower Spray Arm:
If the fixed column sprays water properly, pause the cleaning cycle.
Install the lower spray arm, close the top lid, and restart the cycle to check if the arm sprays water as intended.
2. Lower Shelf:
Pause the cleaning cycle, install the lower shelf, close the lid, and resume the cycle to observe spraying performance.
3. Upper Spray Arm:
Pause the cleaning cycle again, install the upper spray arm, close the lid, and restart to verify spraying functionality.

2. If the fixed column fails to spray water properly, kindly send us a video showing its water spraying performance during the cleaning cycle.
3. If the fixed column sprays out water properly, but any spraying accessory malfunctions during the troubleshooting, kindly send us a video of the spraying status of the accessory during operation. These videos will help us further investigate the issue and improve our products.
