What Should I Do If the Bottle Washer Leaks? | BS03 & D8

Applicable Scope:

Momcozy Bottle Washer BS03/Momcozy DeepClean Baby Bottle Washer D8

It can be very frustrating when the bottle washer leaks. Please follow these tips to identify where the leak is coming from — this is essential for efficient warranty service, including replacements:

1. Clean
Clean and dry the water tank and washer. Please make sure that the water tank is installed correctly.
Incorrect installation can lead to a leak.

2. Check the condition
Check the washer and water tank for any cracks resulting from a fall, causing the leakage.

3. Initial Test
Refill the water tank and place it in a dry area. Leave it undisturbed for a few minutes to check whether the issue recurs.

4. Follow-up Test
If the issue does not reappear, turn on the washer and close the top cover. Select the cleaning mode and press the start/pause button to initiate the washing cycle. Subsequently, inspect for any signs of leakage during the operation.

Note: The washer will pause the process when the top cover is removed.
