A silent washer that can quietly clean and sterilize bottles is important, particularly for nighttime use.
There are three common causes that may lead to weird or loud sounds during the operation of the washer and sterilizer:
1. In a quiet environment, the sound of water droplets might seem relatively loud.
2. The sound of the machine makes before completing each drainage cycle is caused by the drainage pump running dry after the water has been emptied.
3. The hissing sound prior to the steam sterilization occurs when the water tank is low on water. As a result, the water-inlet pump fails to draw in sufficient water and runs dry. Additionally, the washer may automatically turn off without any notification due to insufficient water.
Therefore, please refill the water tank with at least 250ml before starting the steam sterilization.
