It can be greatly frustrating when the BS03 washer and sterilizer doesn't work as expected.Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Water Level Check
Before initiating only the Steam process, carefully verify that the water level in the tank is above 250ml.
The reason is that if the water level drops below this threshold, the machine will automatically turn off without indicating any notification after you initiate the Steam process.
2. Steam Process Test
Once you've confirmed the water level, plug the washer into the voltage with a compatible power voltage and run only the Steam process to observe the result.
Note: Using an incompatible power voltage may cause the washer to malfunction.
