When bottles or items are not fully cleaned prior to being placed in the sterilizer, any residue or powder on them may drop onto the heating plate, resulting in burnt marks.
To help resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Clean the existing burnt marks.
2. Ensure that bottles and other items are thoroughly cleaned before undergoing the sterilization and drying process.
3. Turn on the sterilizer and dryer to start the process to verify the result.
