Please follow the tips below to troubleshoot:
1. Voltage Inspection
Unplug the sterilizer and verify that the power socket provides a 120V voltage supply.
An incompatible power supply may cause the sterilizer to malfunction.
2. Initial Test
Plug in the sterilizer and press the On/Off button to check if the issue is a temporary situation.
3. Following Test
If the sterilizer doesn't turn on, plug it into another 120V power outlet to check whether the issue stems from the original power socket.
