It can be greatly frustrating when the BS03 washer and sterilizer doesn't work as expected.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Voltage Inspection
Verify that the power socket supplies 120V. An incompatible power supply may cause the sterilizer to malfunction.
2. Placement Check
Ensure that the open ends of the items face downward and that the items are not stacked. Incorrect placement can trap water on the items, preventing thorough air-drying.
3. Environmental Factors and Drying Duration
In a humid environment, the sterilizer requires more time to dry the items. Additionally, insufficient drying time can hinder the sterilizer from achieving optimal dryness.
Therefore, extend the drying duration for about 15 minutes to assess the drying results.
4. Air Outlet Check
If the air outlet malfunctions, air will not be able to enter the sterilizer to dry the items.
①. Remove the chamber and cover the air inlet with a tissue.
②. Turn on the device and initiate the drying process to test the functionality of the air outlet.
