Please kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Voltage Inspection
Verify that the power socket supplies 120V. An incompatible power supply may cause the sterilizer to malfunction.
2. Water Level Check
Insufficient water may impede the sterilizer from steaming and sterilizing items effectively. Ensure that 160 ml of distilled water is poured onto the heating plate.
3. Heating Plate Function Test
A faulty heating plate can prevent the sterilizer from heating water to steam, thus hindering the sterilization process.
After connecting the sterilizer to a 120V power socket and initiating the sterilization cycle for a few minutes, please use an electronic thermometer (if there is one) to measure the temperature of the water.
