1. Hard Water Scaling
If hard water containing minerals is poured onto the heating plate, scale will gradually accumulate after the sterilizer has been in use for some time.
To address this, please clean the existing scale. Next, we recommend using distilled or purified water for sterilizing and drying items, and then observe whether the problem persists.
2. Residual Milk Buildup:
Since this sterilizer does not have a cleaning function, any residual milk left uncleaned in the bottles may drip onto the heating plate.
Once the sterilization process is complete, the milk residue dries and turns into white powder, which could be the source of the problem you experienced. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that all bottles and items are meticulously cleaned before placing them in the sterilizer. After doing so, please monitor to see if the issue reoccurs.
