Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Voltage Inspection
Verify that the power socket supplies a matched power voltage. An incompatible power supply may cause the sterilizer to malfunction.
2. Placement Check
Ensure that the open ends of the items face downward and that the items are not stacked. Incorrect placement can trap water on the items, preventing thorough drying.
If it's convenient for you, please remove the items from the lower basket and place the small items in the upper basket. This will help you and us determine whether the items in the lower basket are hindering the proper drying of the small items in the upper basket.
3. Environmental Factors and Drying Duration
In a humid environment, the sterilizer requires more time to dry the items. Additionally, insufficient drying time can hinder the sterilizer from achieving optimal dryness.
Therefore, extend the drying duration for at least 15 minutes to assess the drying results.
4. Air Outlet Check
If the air inlet malfunctions, air will not be able to enter the sterilizer to dry the items.
First, remove the chamber and cover the air inlet with a tissue.
Then, turn on the device and initiate the drying process to test the functionality of the air outlet.
