Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Voltage Inspection
Verify that the power outlet supplies a matched power voltage. An incompatible power supply may cause the sterilizer to malfunction.
2. Water Level Check
Insufficient water may impede the sterilizer from steaming and sterilizing items effectively. Ensure that at least 100 ml of distilled water is poured onto the heating plate.
3. Heating Plate Function Test
A faulty heating plate can prevent the sterilizer from heating water to steam, thus hindering the sterilization process.
After connecting the sterilizer to a power outlet with a matched power voltage and initiating the sterilization cycle for a few minutes, please use an electronic thermometer (if there is one) to measure the temperature of the water.
