It can be greatly frustrating when the BS02 8-in-1 Baby Bottle Steam Sterilizer doesn't work as expected.
Our product engineers have identified a potential cause for this situation:
When the heating plate detects that its temperature exceeds the pre-designed value and there is no water on it, a dry-burn condition occurs, which triggers the display of the E3 error code.
In this case, all buttons will be automatically locked, with the exception of the power button. Moreover, the sterilizer will automatically shut off after two minutes.
To resolve this issue, please wait until the heating plate has completely cooled down, then pour at least 100 ml of distilled water onto it. After that, turn on the sterilizer and start the steaming or drying process to check if the issue is resolved.
