It can be greatly frustrating when the monitor doesn't work as expected.
Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check for Interference
Noise can sometimes be caused by interference from strong current wires or magnetic fields near the camera or display. Try moving the camera or display to a different location to see if the noise persists.
2. Maintain Proper Distance
The camera and monitor should be kept at an effective distance of at least 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) to avoid interference and potential noise issues. Adjust the placement accordingly if they are too close.
3. Battery Power Check
If the battery power is low, it can cause noise from the speaker on the display side. Ensure the display is connected to a power supply and charged in a timely manner to prevent this issue.
4. Adjust Volume Settings
Sometimes, the volume may be set too high, causing the noise to be more noticeable. Press the sound adjustment button on the monitor to reduce the volume of the speaker and verify the results.
