Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the screen sleep settings
Make sure that the screen sleep is turned on and the time is set to one minute.
2. Check the detection settings
Turn to the VOX settings and system settings to turn off the VOX detection and temperature detection.
3. Identify the result
After the above settings, please leave the monitor alone for about one minute to see if the screen will automatically turn off.
4. Following test
Press the power button once to see if the screen can be turned off properly. This step helps us confirm if the issue is related to the pre-set program or the hardware.
