What should I do if the Night Vision of the camera doesn't work? | BM01, BM03, BM04

It can be greatly frustrating when the monitor doesn't work as expected.

Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:

1. Position Optimization
Position the camera in a dark area, away from high-magnetic-field or high-voltage devices.
Power the camera on with a 5V/2A power adapter and power cable.
Ensure no ambient light around the camera.

2. Night Vision Test
Set the night vision feature to Night Vision mode and check for a black-and-white display on the monitor at night.
If the black-and-white display appears, switch to Auto mode to see if the display stays solid.
If the screen remains completely dark or switches from black-and-white display back to completely black display, please check whether there is a clicking sound from the camera.

3. Factory Reset
If the screen remains black-and-white, perform a factory reset:
Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds, or reset via Settings on the monitor.
After resetting, set Night Vision to Auto and verify the display.

4. Power Supply Check
Test with a different 5V/2A adapter, cable, and power outlet to rule out power-related issues.
