It can be greatly frustrating when the monitor doesn't work as expected.
Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Position Optimization
①. Ensure no high-magnetic objects are near the camera.
②. Maintain a distance of 1.5-4 meters between the camera and monitor to ensure normal audio output from the speaker.
2. Power Check
Make sure that the camera is connected to a functional power adapter, cable, and outlet.
3. Camera Speaker Test
Press and hold the microphone button on the monitor, then speak clearly into the microphone to check if the camera speaker plays your voice at the correct volume.
It is advisable to change the volume of your voice to see if there is any difference.
4. Lullaby & Volume Test
①. If the speaker works correctly, press the lullaby button on the monitor to play lullabies.
②. Adjust the volume to confirm the camera plays lullabies at the correct level.
If lullabies were previously too soft, increase the volume to check for improvement.
If too loud, decrease the volume to check for improvement.
③. Try adjusting volume via the monitor’s settings to see if there’s a difference.
5. Power Accessories Replacement
If volume issues persist, connect the camera with a different adapter, cable, and outlet to see if the issue is related to the power.
