It can be greatly frustrating when the monitor or camera doesn't work as expected.
Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Position Optimization
① Keep high-magnetic objects away from the camera to prevent signal interference.
② Maintain a 1.5–4 meter distance between the camera and monitor, ensuring no obstructions (e.g., walls) between them for optimal signal strength.
2. Power Check
① Make sure that the camera is connected to a functional 5V/2A power adapter and cable, and the outlet is working.
② Ensure the monitor is fully charged.
3. Connection Testing
① Perform a factory reset in the settings on the monitor.
② Reconnect the camera to the monitor and observe if frequent disconnections persist.
③ Adjust the camera lens angle to check if the issue relates to lens rotation.
4. Power Accessories Exchange
If disconnections recur, plug in the camera using a different 5V/2A power adapter, cable, and power outlet to see if the issue is related to the power.
