Motion Detection Recording is a smart feature that automatically captures video clips whenever your baby is active, helping you save precious moments you might otherwise miss.
When enabled, the camera actively monitors for movement. If it detects motion—such as your baby rolling over, reaching out, or sitting up—it will automatically record a video clip and save it to the Micro SD card.
This is more efficient than continuous recording, as it saves storage space and makes it easier to find key events during playback.
How to Enable This Feature
- Press the Menu button.
- Select Camera Settings.
- Choose Auto record.
- From the options that appear, select Motion recording.
How to View the Recordings
To review the clips captured by this feature:
- Go to Menu > Camera Settings > Playback > Videos.
- At the top of the video gallery, select the Motion recording filter. This will display only the videos that were automatically recorded when motion was detected.
Important Note
A Micro SD card must be properly installed in the camera for this feature to be available.
