Disassembly and Installation of KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer and Sterilizer|BS03

Proper disassembly and assembly of the product are critical, as they facilitate cleaning and optimal usage.

1.Component disassembly

1.Dismantle the water storage tank 2.Remove the upper spray arm 3.Remove the lower bracket and the shelf arm 4.Remove the lower bracket and the shelf arm

Take down the water storage tank vertically upwards.

 

Pull out the upper spray arm vertically upwards.

 

1)Lower bracket: When disassembling, first fasten the buckle positions at both ends and pull them outward, then vertically remove the lower bracket.
(Note: Ensure hand safety)
2)Armrest: Press the buckle to release the locked state, then pull out the armrest.

 

Take down the lower spray arm directly.

 

2.Component installation

1.Install the water storage tank 2.Install the lower spray arm, lower bracket, and shelf arm 3.Install the spray arm

Align the water storage tank with the mounting clips at the bottom of the cleaning machine, install it vertically downward, and ensure that the installation is properly fitted.

Lower water spray arm: Place the water spray nozzles facing upward.
Lower bracket: Ensure that the holes of the lower bracket are aligned with the holes of the machine body, and fix it vertically downward.
Arm rest: Install the arm rest by aligning the buckle with the hole.

The spout faces upward, and it is installed and fixed by pressing vertically downward.
