This article contains the following sections:

1.Disassembly for Cleaning

2.Assembly for Use

1.Disassembly for Cleaning

Cleanliness of pump components directly prevents bacterial contamination of breast milk and protects infant health.

1.Separate the tubing from the milk collector.
2.Detach the flange from the milk collector.
3.Separate the duckbill valve from the flange.

CAUTION

Never submerge the main motor unit or power adapter in water or dishwashers — permanent electrical damage will occur.

2.Assembly for Use

All milk-contact and breast-contact pump components must be fully cleaned and disinfected before assembly and every use.

WARNING

  1. Components boiled for disinfection will remain extremely hot. Wait until all sanitized parts cool completely before assembly to avoid skin burns.
  2. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean running water for 20 seconds before handling pump parts or touching your breast to avoid bacterial contamination. Do not touch the inner surfaces of the milk collection set at any time.
1. Attach the valve to the flange.
2. Assemble the flange with the milk collector, ensuring they are securely snapped together around the edges.
3. Connect the tubing to the milk collector.
4. Open the tubing port cover on the lower front of the main pump motor unit.
5. Insert the tubing connector into the pump motor port, ensuring it is properly installed.
6. Assembly is complete.

Your pump is now fully assembled and ready for use.
