1. App Setup and Pairing
Please follow the steps below to download the app and complete the pairing process, empowering your device with smart features and deeper insights.
Step 1: Download the Momcozy App
Search for "Momcozy" in your app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), then download and install the Momcozy App on your mobile phone.
You can also download the app by scanning the QR code.
Step 2: Register and log in
Open the Momcozy App and create a new account to get started (you can also register via a third-party account). If you already have an account, log in with that account.
Step 3: Connect your device to Momcozy
1. Please power on your device according to the instructions and keep it near your phone.
2. Open the Momcozy App on your phone. If the message "New Device Available" appears, tap "Connect".
3. If no message appears, go to the Devices page, tap "Add Device" and select your device from the list of nearby devices. If your device does not appear in the list, you can add it manually by selecting its category and model.
2. App Control Functions
After successful pairing, you can control your connected pump through the Momcozy App and access smart pumping features.
2.1 Remote Control Dashboard
Select your connected pump device in the Momcozy App to open the remote control dashboard.
2.2 Pumping Mode Selection

Standard Mode
Choose from two manual pumping modes: Stimulation and Expression. Switch between these modes through the app during your pumping session. -
Programs
Choose from provided pumping programs designed for different pumping needs, including Cozy Flow, Milk Boost, and Power Pumping. Pumping Modes switch automatically during your pumping session. -
Personalized
Create a personalized pumping setting with up to six stages. For each stage, you can set the pumping mode, suction level, and duration.
2.3 Dual Pump Control
- Adjust the suction level of the left and right pumps independently.

Use the “Both” control to adjust the suction level of both pumps together.
2.4 Suction Level Adjustment
Adjust the suction level up or down during pumping.
3. Bluetooth Connection Tips
Keep your phone and pump within Bluetooth range to maintain a stable connection for app control.
4. Smart Features
After connecting your pump to the Momcozy App, you can access smart features to support your pumping journey.
Pumping Records & Care Schedule
Track pumping sessions and manually log pumping output, manage daily routines, and keep your pumping and care records organized in the All-Day view.
