Reason 1: The collection cup(silicone suction head) is not properly screwed in
Solution:
Make sure each side of the collection cup line up with the suction portion of the aspirator and without any looseness.

Reason 2: The rubber ring located where the collection cup screws in is missing
Solution:
Make sure there is a rubber ring in the collection cup
Reason 3: Incomplete Cleaning
Solutions:
Please clean any blockages – Remove and rinse the suction head and tube to clear any debris. Also, check the spray nozzle for any salt buildup and clean if needed.
Reason 4: The suction level is set too low
Solution:
Switch button : Cycle through gears 1-2-3-4 in sequence and choose the one you want.
