Possible Reason:
No water/Insufficient water level
Clogged spray nozzle
The spray pump or its buttons are malfunctioning
Solution：
1. Water Level Check:
Fill atomizing cup with purified/saline water over the min mark.
2. Nozzle Cleaning:
Remove mask → clear nozzle with fine needle → soak in 40°C warm water for 5 min → rinse & air-dry.
3. Pump Verification:
Press & hold atomization button for 3 seconds. Listen for “buzz”:
If you hear the sound but no mist, repeat the nozzle cleaning step.
If no sound, check if the button is stuck.
