Solution

  1. Stop Using the Affected Unit Immediately 

    Do not assemble or power on any part that is cracked, deformed, burned, leaking, unable to lock securely, or shows damage to the top cover, rack, spray arm, water tank, drain hose, connector, power cable, control panel, or housing. Discontinue use right away to avoid potential safety risks.

  2. Verify Package Contents 

    Compare the items in your package with the list in the supplied user manual or the exact product listing for your order. Clearly identify which part is damaged, missing, or appears unsafe.

  3. Document the Issue With Photos 

    Do not glue, tape, bend, force, or open the affected component, as this may void your warranty. Take clear photos of the full product, the specific affected area, the product label, and all contents of the package.

If your BW05(D8) arrived damaged, has a missing part, or has an unsafe-looking component, the issue cannot be resolved through home troubleshooting. Please contact Momcozy Customer Support with the following information:
