Pause the Program and Cool Down
Pause the running program first. Wait for all steam, hot air, and internal components to cool completely before you open the top cover to avoid burns.

Adjust and Reseat Internal Items and Parts
Take out any bottle, pump part, rack, or holder that is too tall, tilted, or touching the cover. Make sure the lower rack, connecting shaft, upper rack, and upper spray arm are all fully and correctly seated in place.

Clean and Close the Top Cover
Clean and dry the edge of the cover and its contact area. Close the top cover gently — do not press hard or add extra weight on it. The program will resume automatically once the cover is detected as fully closed.

If the alert still shows when the chamber is empty and correctly assembled, check the cover, hinge, latch, and sensor area for cracks, looseness, or misalignment, please contact Momcozy Customer Support with the following information:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Bottle Washer
- Order number or proof of purchase
- photo and short video of the cover closing
