Solution

1. Fill the Water Tank Correctly 

   Fill the removable water tank with clean room-temperature purified or distilled water up to the MAX line. Do not exceed the line, and never add detergent, descaler, milk, or other non-water liquids to the tank during a normal wash cycle.

2. Reinstall the Water Tank Properly 

   Reinsert the tank straight and push it fully into place, ensuring its outlet aligns correctly with the valve seat. Do not pour water directly into the cleaning chamber, as this disrupts normal water intake and machine operation.

3. Resume the Cycle After Adding Water 

   If the low-water alert appears mid-cycle, top up the tank with water and press the Start/Pause button. The machine should draw water and continue the selected program automatically.

If the low-water warning persists when the tank is correctly filled and installed, or the machine repeatedly stops without drawing water, stop running cycles and contact Momcozy support with the following items:

• Order number or proof of purchase
• A side-view short video showing the tank level, installation, display, and warning.
