Bottle Washer - Detergent Tablet Not Dissolving, Residue Remaining, or Bottles Looking Cloudy|BW05(D8)

Solution

  1. Use One Fresh Momcozy Cleaning Tablet Per Cycle

Use only one fresh Momcozy cleaning tablet for each wash cycle. Do not use regular dish soap, liquid detergent, dishwasher powder, expired tablets, or more than one tablet, as these can cause incomplete dissolution or residue.

  2. Place the Tablet Correctly

Put the tablet in the designated lower-rack area. Make sure it is not trapped under any accessory and that wash water can reach it freely to dissolve fully.

  3. Check Water Supply, Spray Arms, Filter, and Loading

Verify the water tank is filled, spray arms rotate smoothly, the filter is clean, and items are not overcrowded inside. Note that cloudiness may also come from milk fat or hard-water minerals, not just undissolved detergent.

  4. Run Self-Clean for Scale or Mineral Film

If scale or a cloudy mineral film is present, run the Self-Clean mode with the recommended descaling tablet. Afterward, rinse the unit and run a normal wash using purified or distilled water.
