Solution
-
Unplug and Remove Removable Parts
Stop using the washer for feeding items until the source is cleaned. Unplug the unit, let it cool completely, then take out the racks, spray arms, filter, water tank, and other removable parts stated in the manual.
-
Wash Removable Parts Thoroughly
Clean all removable parts with warm water and mild detergent. Use a soft brush to scrub nozzles, grooves, the filter, and the drain area. Wipe the water-tank inlet and its surrounding area carefully, then rinse all parts thoroughly.
-
Run Self-Clean Cycle
Run the Self-Clean mode with a Momcozy descaling tablet, and do not put any feeding items inside. After the cycle ends, leave the cover open to let the chamber, tank, inlet, racks, filter, and drain area dry fully.
-
Follow Daily and Regular Maintenance
Empty stale water right after each use, and clean trapped residue promptly. Do not seal the appliance while it is damp for a long time. Replace the HEPA filter as required in the provided maintenance instructions.
Note
