Bottle Washer - Slow Drainage, No Drainage, or Wastewater Remaining in the Chamber|BW05(D8)

Solution

  1. Pause the Program and Inspect Hose Connections

Pause or stop the running program and wait for hot water and the drain hose to cool completely. Confirm the drain hose is firmly attached to the rear of the washer, and its outlet stays securely placed in the sink or drain container.

  2. Adjust the Drain Hose Route

Position the drain hose as horizontally as possible. Avoid sharp bends, squeezing, blockages, a submerged outlet, or an outlet placed higher than the midpoint of the bottle washer.

  3. Clean the Chamber Filter and Drain Area

Unplug the device for safety, then remove the chamber filter and clean the filter and visible drain area thoroughly. Reinstall the filter correctly before running one short empty cycle to test.

Note

If wastewater remains after the automatic drainage stage, the hose repeatedly disconnects, or the drain pump makes abnormal sounds without moving water, stop using the device immediately and contact Momcozy Customer Support with the following information:

  • Serial Number (SN)
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A photo of the full hose route and a short video of the display and drainage stage
