Bottle Washer - Items Remain Wet After Drying|BW05(D8)

Solution

  1. Run a Full Program With Dry Function
Confirm the Dry function is included in your selected program, and let the full cycle complete. Wait about 10 minutes after the cycle ends before removing items, as the interior may still be hot.
  2. Load Items for Proper Drainage
Place items with openings and deep grooves facing downward so water can drain instead of pooling. Tilt bottles as the rack allows, separate nested parts, and do not block drying outlets or HEPA-filtered airflow.
  3. Run an Extra Dry Cycle for Hard-to-Dry Areas
Small water droplets on the inner wall or in deep nipple grooves may remain after a standard cycle. Run an additional Dry cycle for items with deep recesses or trapped water.
  4. Check Air Filter and Clearance
Ensure the air-filter area is not blocked, and the washer has the recommended clearance around its back, sides, and top for proper ventilation.

Note

If all items stay unusually wet after a full Dry cycle, there is no warm airflow, the fan does not run, or error code E7 appears, stop using the device and contact Momcozy Customer Support with the following information:

  • A short video of the display near the end of drying.
  • Selected mode, a photo of the load, and room conditions
