Solution

1. Verify the Steam Program Selection and Stage 

   Confirm you have selected the Steam Sterilization function and the program has entered the steam phase. Note that wash, drain, heating, and pause cycles may run before visible steam is produced.

2. Check Water Tank, Lid, and Chamber Setup 

   Ensure the water tank is properly filled and installed, the low-water alert is off, the lid is fully closed, and the chamber is not overloaded with items.

3. Inspect and Descale the Heating Area 

   Allow the unit to cool completely first. Check the heating area for heavy mineral deposits. If scale is visible or the unit has not been descaled recently, run the Self-Clean cycle with a recommended descaling tablet.

4. Avoid Interrupting Operation 

   Do not repeatedly open the lid to check for steam during operation. Do not touch the drain hose or exhaust area while the unit is running, as these parts can become hot.
