Bottle Washer - Unusual or Loud Noise|BW05(D8)

Solution

  1. Identify the Noise Stage

Note which cycle phase the sound happens in: filling, Rapid or Normal Wash, draining, steam, drying, storage, Self-Clean, or startup. Pump, spray, drain, fan, and water-flow sounds normally vary between different stages.

  2. Pause and Check for Obstructions

Pause the program and let the unit cool down completely. Make sure bottles and small parts are placed securely, and neither spray arm is hitting any item, rack, or fallen accessory inside the chamber.

  3. Clean and Reassemble Internal Parts

Clean the spray arms and filter thoroughly. Reinstall all racks evenly, and confirm the washer sits flat and stable on the counter. Run one short cycle with fewer items to test.

Note

If grinding, repeated knocking, scraping, strong vibration, or a new mechanical sound continues with an empty correctly assembled chamber, please stop further testing and contact Momcozy Customer Support for further assistance. Have the following information ready:

  • Serial Number (SN)
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A short video capturing the display, cycle stage, and sound from a safe distance
