Bottle Washer - Displays an Error Code|BW05(D8)

Solution

  1. Record the Exact Error Code

Note the full code shown on the display before restarting the unit. For an E0 code, verify the voltage listed on the product label matches your household power supply. Do not continue using the washer with a mismatched power system.

  2. Resolve E1 or Low-Water Indicator Issues

For an E1 code, refill the water tank to the correct level, reinstall it securely, then power the unit off and restart once. If you see a low-water indicator without an error code, add water and press Start/Pause; the unit will intake water and resume operation.

  3. Restart for E3–E7 Codes

Unplug the unit for about 30 seconds and let it cool fully before restarting once. Do not open the housing or attempt to replace internal sensors, heating parts, communication components, or fans on your own.

  4. Stop Use If the Code Persists

If any error code returns after one safe restart, or if E1 remains even with a correctly filled and installed tank, stop running additional cycles immediately.

Note

If the error code returns after one safe restart, E1 remains even with a correctly filled tank, or the code is accompanied by smoke, sparks, burning odor, melting, leakage near electrical parts, or unusual external heat, please stop repeating restart cycles and contact Momcozy Customer Support with the following information:

  • Product label, code photo, selected program
  • A short description of when the code appeared
