Bottle Washer - Unusual Heat, Burned Smell, Smoke, Sparks, or Liquid Near Electrical Parts|BW05(D8)

Solution

  1. Unplug the Unit Immediately

Unplug the BW05(D8) right away if it is safe to access the power plug. Keep children and all flammable materials away from the unit, and do not move the device while it is hot or leaking liquid.

  2. Do Not Operate or Disassemble the Unit

Never restart the appliance, open its housing, pour water on it, or intentionally reproduce the symptom to record a video. Leave it disconnected from power and let it cool fully in a well-ventilated area.

  3. Document the Issue Safely

Only take photos of the full unit, product label, plug, power cable, outlet area, and any visible damage after the surrounding area is confirmed safe. Keep the original packaging and all affected parts if they are available.

  4. Contact Momcozy Support Promptly

Reach out to Momcozy customer support right away with your order details and a clear description of the event. Include the selected program, approximate time into the cycle, load contents, and any prior incidents such as leaks, drops, cleaning, or voltage mismatch.
