Bottle Washer - Selected Mode Flashes or Cycle Does Not Start Immediately|BS04

Solution

1. Wait for Selection Confirmation 

   After pressing the Mode button, the selected icon will flash normally as the BS04 briefly waits for you to finish making your selection. This is a standard part of the operation process.

2. Leave Controls Untouched 

   Do not press any buttons for approximately 3 seconds. The icon will change from flashing to steady once the cycle begins.

3. Verify Water Level for Relevant Modes 

   If you selected Auto or Sterilization Only mode, confirm that 120 mL (4 oz) of clean water has been added to the heater surface. Note that Drying Only and Storage modes do not require water to operate.

If the selected icon continues flashing without starting, turns off immediately, or the unit repeatedly returns to standby after the correct setup, please contact Momcozy customer support with the following information:

• Serial Number (SN)
• Order number or proof of purchase
• A short video showing the full selection sequence and the water amount used
