Bottle Washer - Little or No Steam During Auto or Sterilization Only|BS04

Solution

1. Verify Mode Selection and Water Amount 

   Confirm you have selected Auto or Sterilization Only mode, and pour exactly 120 mL (4 oz) of clean water onto the cooled heater surface. Do not add more or less water than specified, as this will affect steam production.

2. Check Assembly and Bottle Placement 

   Ensure the bottle chamber, bottle rack plate, upper rack, drip tray, and lid are all securely assembled. Place clean, empty bottles with their openings facing downward, and do not block the steam path.

3. Inspect and Clean the Heater Surface 

   After the unit cools, inspect the heater surface for thick scale, white powder, milk residue, or burned-on deposits. Clean or descale it before one unloaded test with the correct water amount..

4. Confirm Steam Production Safely 

   Some steam remains inside the closed chamber, so do not place your face or hand near the lid to check. Observe whether the indicator remains active, the water warms, and the water level decreases.
