Solution

1. Confirm Normal Cycle Duration 

   Sterilization Only mode typically runs for about 8 minutes before shutting off automatically. Auto mode includes approximately 8 minutes of sterilization followed by a drying phase.

2. Verify Water Amount and Cycle Operation 

   Use 120 mL (4 oz) of water, keep the lid securely closed, and let the full cycle run without unplugging the unit or switching modes mid-cycle.

3. Restart the Cycle if Interrupted 

   If the lid was opened, power was cut, or the unit stopped before sterilization finished, correct the setup and restart the full appropriate cycle from the beginning.

4. Avoid Judging by External Steam Only 

   Do not assess sterilization completion solely by visible steam outside the lid, as most steam stays inside the chamber during the cycle.
