Solution
-
Verify Normal Operation and Lid Placement
Some warm air and condensation near the lid is normal during use. Ensure the lid and chamber sit completely flat, with no bottle or accessory propping the lid open.
-
Stop the Cycle if Abnormal Escape Occurs
Only pause the cycle if the lid is visibly displaced, a part is trapped between layers, or steam escapes in an unusual concentrated jet. Keep your hands and face away from the opening during operation.
-
Wait and Open the Lid Safely After a Cycle
After a full sterilization or drying cycle, wait at least 5 minutes before lifting the lid. Open it slowly, angling it away from your face and hands to avoid hot air exposure.
Note
If the lid is warped, will not sit securely when the unit is empty, or steam escapes from a damaged seam rather than the normal lid area, keep the unit unplugged after cooling and contact Momcozy with photos of the empty assembly
