Bottle Washer - Water or Condensation Remains After Cycle|BS04

Solution

  1. Wait for the Full Drying Cycle

A small amount of condensation on the lid or chamber is normal after steam sterilization, especially if you open the lid right after the cycle ends. Let the full drying cycle complete first.

  2. Open the Lid Slowly and Position Items Properly

Wait about 5 minutes after the cycle finishes, then open the lid slowly. Shake off excess water from items before your next load, and place all items with their openings facing downward.

  3. Empty Remaining Water and Wipe the Base

After the unit cools down completely, empty any leftover water from the heater surface following the instructions in the user manual. Wipe the base with a soft damp cloth.

  4. Avoid Pouring Water Through Sensitive Areas

Do not pour water out through the control panel, power connection, or air openings. Never place the base of the unit directly under running water, as this can damage internal components.

Note

If a large pool remains after a full correctly set Auto cycle, the water never heats, or condensation appears inside the control or power area, keep the unit unplugged and contact Momcozy Customer Support with photos showing where the water collected.
