Bottle Washer - Water Leaks From Base, Chamber, or Around the Unit|BS04

Solution

  1. Unplug and Inspect the Unit

Unplug the BS04 bottle washer and let it cool completely. Wipe the exterior dry, then identify where the water is coming from—possible sources include overfilling, wet items, condensation, the heater surface, the chamber connection, or the power/control area.

  2. Run a Safe Test With Correct Water Amount

For a follow-up test, use exactly 120 mL (4 oz) of water and select Auto or Sterilization Only mode. Keep the unit on a flat, level surface, and ensure the chamber, plate, drip tray, rack, and lid are all properly seated.

  3. Stop Testing if Damage or Wet Electrical Parts Are Found

Do not run another test if the base, power cable, plug, control panel, or underside of the unit looks wet, cracked, warped, or damaged, as this poses a safety risk.

Note

If water leaks again with the correct amount and empty properly assembled chamber, or if any liquid reached an electrical area, keep the unit unplugged and contact Momcozy Customer Support with clear photos or a short video of the leak path. You do not need to repeat the leak for recording if doing so may be unsafe.
