Bottle Washer - Unusual or Loud Noise|BS04

Solution

  1. Place the Unit on a Suitable Surface

Put the BS04 bottle washer on a flat, stable, dry, and heat-resistant surface. Make sure there is clear space around all air openings to avoid blocked airflow.

  2. Reassemble Internal Parts After Cooling

Wait for the unit to cool completely, then reinstall the bottle chamber, rack plate, upper rack, drip tray, and lid. Ensure each part sits flat and does not rattle when touched.

  3. Identify the Noise Type and Stage

Check if the sound happens during steam heating, hot-air drying, or the short periodic drying stage in Storage mode. Gentle heating, fan, and airflow sounds are normal.

  4. Clean and Descale the Heater Surface

If mineral buildup is visible on the heater surface, clean and descale it thoroughly. Then run one test cycle with a reduced load.

Note

If grinding, scraping, repeated clicking, strong vibration, or a new loud fan sound continues, or if it is accompanied by burning odor or unusual heat, unplug the unit and contact Momcozy Customer Support with a short adult-only video.
