Solution

1. Capture the Indicator First 

   Take a clear photo or short video of the unfamiliar indicator before turning off the unit. The exact icon and operation stage help Momcozy quickly identify the root cause.

2. Verify Power and Setup 

   Confirm the voltage matches the rating label, the plug is securely connected, and the control area is dry. Double-check you use the correct setup: 120 mL (4 oz) of water for Auto or Sterilization Only mode, and no water for Drying Only or Storage mode.

3. Power Cycle the Unit 

   Wait for the unit to cool completely, then unplug it for about 30 seconds. Reconnect the power and run one simple test cycle. Do not repeatedly restart the appliance or open the housing.

If the same indicator returns, the cycle stops at the same point, the unit repeatedly restarts, or it cannot complete one normal test, please stop using BS04 and contact Momcozy Customer Support with the photo or video, selected mode, water amount, load type, and order information.
