Phenomenon:
- Frequent monitor freezing/crashing/no response
- Microphone turns on by itself, or sound comes from the monitor speaker (suspected auto monitoring/talkback activation)
Possible Reasons：
1. Disconnect the camera first:
Please use the monitor without connecting to the camera and see whether the freezing still happens.
2. Check charging issues:
Please try a confirmed working charging cable and adapter(recommend standard 5V output; if fast-charging compatibility is suspected), then test a different wall outlet.
3. Factory reset:
Perform a factory reset and then re-pair to test again.
If there is no improvement after the factory reset, please escalate to after-sales support.
