1. Phenomenon:
Devices supporting Bluetooth are unable to pair with the smartphone or App.
2. Possible causes:
The device has not entered Bluetooth pairing mode (e.g., the pairing button was not pressed long enough).
The smartphone’s Bluetooth function is disabled or already connected to multiple devices.
The device is already paired and automatically connected to another smartphone.
Bluetooth module malfunction or firmware issues prevent the device from being detected.
3. Solution:
3.1 Follow the product manual instructions to press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the device for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light begins to flash, indicating that the noise-cancelling speaker has entered pairing mode. 3.2. Confirm that the smartphone's Bluetooth function is enabled. In the phone's Bluetooth settings, search for the device name. If the device is not found, restart the smartphone's Bluetooth function and try again.
3.3 If the device has previously been connected to other smartphones, disconnect it first from any prior connections. When necessary, reset the Bluetooth settings of the noise-cancelling speaker and attempt pairing again.
3.4 Bring the smartphone as close as possible to the noise-cancelling speaker while keeping it away from potential interference sources such as WiFi routers. Attempt pairing again. If connection still fails, test with a different smartphone to rule out compatibility issues.
