It is crucial and essential to clean and maintain the baby bottle washer for long-term use.
1.Cleaning
| 1）After each use, unplug the bottle warmer and let it cool down. Empty the bottle warmer. | |
| 2）Wipe the bottle warmer with a moist cloth. Do not use abrasive, anti-bacterial cleaning agents, chemical solvents or sharp tools to clean the bottle warmer. |
2.Descaling
It is recommended to descale the bottle warmer every four weeks to ensure it works efficiently.
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning it.
- Mix 60ml (2 oz) of white vinegar with 120ml (4 oz) of cold water. (Mixiig ratio: one part white vinegar to two parts water)
- Switch on and select the food heating setting for contents under 180ml (6 oz), then let the appliance operate for 10 minutes.
- Leave the solution in the bottle warmer until all scale has dissolved.
- Empty the bottle warmer and wash it with clean water.
Empty the bottle warmer and rinse the inside thoroughly. If you still see traces of scale,repeat the descaling procedure.
Note:
- Do not use mineral water which causes scale buildup.
- To extend the life of your device, cool down it for 10 minutes before use.
- Check the temperature before feeding your baby.
- Make sure to fill the bottle warmer with clean water for eachoperation.
- You can also use citric acid-based descalers.
- Do not use other types of descalers.
