2. Solution:
2.1 Resonance Check:
When starting the device, press the nebulizer cup and each connection with your hand to see if the noise reduces.
2.2 Residual Liquid Check:
Shake the device and listen for any water sounds. If present, it means there is residual liquid in the nebulizer cup or tubing. Drain and wipe dry; the noise may then disappear.
2.3 Motor Check:
If the noise is a sharp grinding sound originating from the motor, it's suggested that you can escalate to aftersales support.
