Possible Reason:
- The battery is completely drained
- The power button was not pressed correctly (BN008 has multiple function keys, please pay attention to the correct key position)
- Key failure or device malfunction
Solution:
1. Charging Activation
Connect the device to a charger and charge it for a period of time, then try to turn it on again to confirm if it cannot power on due to a dead battery;
2. Key Operation
Identify the correct power button and press and hold it for more than 2 seconds to turn on the device (the BN008 power button usually has a power symbol mark), and observe if the indicator light turns on;
3. Reset Attempt
Press and hold both the music key and the spray key for 5 seconds to attempt a reset (if the product supports this hidden function), then press and hold the power button again.
