Possible Reasons:
- Individual keys (e.g., spray, music, or light keys) are damaged
- Internal water corrosion of the keys
- Logic disorder of multi-function keys
Solution:
1. Function Test One by One
Press the power, spray, suction +/- , music, light, and other keys in sequence, and record which one has no response.
2. Reset and Restart
Press a specific combination of keys simultaneously in the off state (check the manual for the reset combination) to try resetting the key logic, then test again.
3.Key Cleaning
Use a soft brush to clean the gaps of the keys. If it is the spray key, check for salt crystallization around it, then test again after cleaning.
